Key job responsibilities
• Product Lifecycle Management: Develop, implement, and continuously refine product lifecycle processes that help product teams efficiently deliver business value and improve customer experiences. Oversee stages including request intake, prioritization, backlog grooming, road mapping, and product releases.
• Prioritization & Backlog Management: Lead the prioritization process, ensuring that product teams focus on high-impact initiatives. Manage and maintain the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
• KPI Definition & Performance Tracking: Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and failure of products. Use data to inform decision-making and guide product improvements.
• Problem Solving & Blocker Removal: Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities by proactively identifying impediments in the product development lifecycle and working with teams to unblock critical paths and ensure smooth delivery.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Leverage excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and navigate a matrixed organization. Ensure all relevant stakeholders are aligned on product goals, timelines, and outcomes.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Manage product budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Work closely with external vendors and third-party partners to ensure timely delivery of services and products within budgetary constraints.
• Champion Product Technologies: Advocate for and drive the adoption of the right tools and technologies that support and enhance product management processes, ensuring that teams can operate efficiently and productively.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
