The Global Services Strategy & Operations (GSSO) team was formed in late Q4’22, responsible for leading critical functions that support our businesses and help accelerate growth. We are seeking a Product Manager – Technical for the Operations Excellence team. In this role, you will work with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define/clarify features, roadmap priority, customer/user experience, compliance, accessibility, and other requirements across the end-to-end Opportunity-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle. Today, this value stream involves 387+ process steps, 70+ (often disconnected) tools, and relies on manual interventions that create inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

This is a high-impact and high-visibility role that requires strong execution, technical depth, analytics rigor, and stakeholder engagement. This roles requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for customer focus and critical thinking. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, analytical, detail oriented, and able to successfully collaborate with business and engineering teams to create alignment and deliver results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
- Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
- MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
