This team provides strategic, scalable support across the organization for launches, content refreshes, and other special projects related to the product marketing roadmap that require program management support. This position offers unique exposure to the key role a PMM plays in our organization, and learning and development paths are currently being constructed to support a future transition into this space.
Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects at once.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage effective processes and workflows to improve efficiency and adaptability within the PMM and TL org
- Collaborate closely with PMMs, PMs, and stakeholder teams to support the execution of Tier 1 product launches year-round and for large-scale events—including tracking key deadlines, deliverables, and action items
- Ensure product marketing content is regularly refreshed and up-to-date
- Leverage Adobe Workfront to streamline request management and fulfillment
- Maintain team documents such a standard operating procedure (SOPs) and wikis

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in a marketing role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)
- Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
