In this role, you'll be part of a team which builds out a new marketing engine that digitally engages zero-billing / low-billing accounts to a threshold where AWS sales teams and partner sales teams can prospect and grow the account. As the Digital Program and Partner Manager, you will work with the Amazon Partner Organization, customer acquisition, digital experience, lifecycle marketing and other internal teams to build marketing strategies that operationalize our digital marketing engine by driving scale and business growth through AWS and cloud partner programs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and creative marketer to design innovative ways to accelerate cost-effective growth through AWS cloud partners and programs. The Digital Program and Partner Manager will manage complex marketing campaigns and will need a deep understanding of our decision maker personas and customer cloud journey to define relevant incentive offers and engagement mechanisms with our cloud partners. This role will require strong cross-functional collaboration skills to design and execute cross-platform multi-channel marketing programs, the drive to continually optimize and improve programs, and the ability to build scalable mechanism.
Key job responsibilities
-Lead complex marketing partnerships and will have proven results in designing and executing cross-platform, multi-pillar, integrated marketing and communications programs, go-to-market strategies, and campaigns
-Identify and define partner integration across relevant touch points, marketing campaigns and programs that will help drive cloud adoption. These include put are not limited to offers, events and content
-Engage in creative, strategic thinking alongside partners and AWS partner teams to build and launch impactful go-to-market campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and other programs
-Work cross-functionally with the partner organization and regional teams to build marketing assets and playbooks to drive marketing promotions at scale and execute partner integration across the globe.
-Create reporting mechanism to track and measure success of different partner integrations and campaigns. Actively use these insights to identify and execute optimizations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- -Expert in designing and implementing multi-channel joint marketing and GTM (go-to-market) plans with technology partners that drive results
- -Strong cross-functional and partner management skills
- -Excellent analytical skills with a focus on performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- -Strong project management and organizational skills to handle complex workflows and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- -Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive business results across a shared vision
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Understanding of the cloud partner ecosystem

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
