AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers. Are you looking to work with AWS customers, but in a non-coverage Solution Architect role?

As an Associate Solution Architect (ASA), on the Cloud Sales Center (CSC) Customer Onboarding Center, you will work collaboratively with a team to build and deliver 1:many innovative programs and events tailored for AWS customers as well as our CSC Solution Architects. You will have the opportunity to create new programs that address emerging customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and Event Development: Design, develop, and execute programs and events for AWS customers and CSC Solution Architects. Explore new ideas to evolve programs enhancing the learning experience and customer engagement.
Customer Enablement: Participate in the delivery of programs and events, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Provide technical guidance and support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development of training materials, documentation, and best practices while promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with one of the following programming languages: Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++
- Experience with two or more of the following: networking fundamentals, security, storage or databases (relational or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, or Windows)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution
- Experience in any of the following: Cloud Architecture, Systems Design, Software Development, Infrastructure Architecture, Data Engineering or DevOps

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $88,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $192,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
