Amazon teams are looking for a Senior Tech Business Developer with deep technology experience. They must have equal comfort and experience working with c-level executives and internal product and engineering teams. They will be responsible for engaging and delivering technology solutions to customers.
Amazon is looking for a Senior Tech Business Developer with a strong delivery record with senior leadership experience hunting, owning and executing business technology deals.
This role requires working with business teams across the company bringing the voice of the customer to our product and engineering teams, understanding and communicating critical business needs and how those translate into solutions. The individual must have experience building and negotiating complex technology contracts, partnering with finance and legal teams and being the single threaded owner for customers adopting technology solutions. This position involves regular communication with senior leadership on status, risks and sales pipeline.

· Problem Solver: Ability to utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Define and execute on a strategic market development plan and ensure it's in line with the business strategic direction, in partnership with key internal stakeholders (e.g. sales teams, product teams, marketing, partner team, legal, support, etc.).
· Identify and engage key partners including retailers, ISVs and system integrators.
· Build business development pipeline by engaging with key prospects and partners.
· Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of our product offerings.
· Understand the use of salesforce.com and other internal Amazon systems.
· Present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to expanding our reach in the retail industry.
· Manage complex contract negotiations and liaison with the legal group
· Handle a high volume of engagements and interactions in the fast pace of emerging and nascent technologies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
