In the SFSC team, you’ll be responsible for delivering security products, and driving programs and campaigns to deliver on the value of those security products. Our team develops tools to automatically detect security and governance issues within Salesforce. We deliver tools that work across Salesforce products and beyond, and we push the envelope on scale as we build solutions for teams across Amazon operating Salesforce. We work closely with teams across Amazon utilizing Salesforce, and we partner with Amazon Security to deliver solutions that solve the right security problems.
Key job responsibilities
As a Security Enablement TPM, you will be responsible for defining and delivering on the roadmap for Security Enablement Products and Programs. You will drive the adoption, improvement and customer satisfaction of those tools. You will drive engagement with customers, leadership and partner teams to ensure that our roadmap is aligned and focused on delivering the highest value possible.
A day in the life
As a TPM in the Security Enablement team your days will vary. Defining product strategy, documenting requirements, and working with builders to deliver the right solutions are all parts of the role. In addition you may find yourself documenting support plans, engaging with customers, and identifying opportunities to improve the products.

The Security Enablement team provides tools and services for security owners to efficiently manage their Salesforce fleet.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
