The HCLS Sales Hub offers services to the field that help assess opportunities at any stage, determine their qualification and help develop a win strategy for the local account teams. This team will define how they will operate, what services they will deliver, and how the Sales Hub will interact with the field. This team works directly with our solution builders to create internal collateral and field enablement sessions to train the sellers on delivering the AWS HCLS message to our customers. This role will be a strategic partner to the business in evaluating deals as well as assisting in operational processes, business expansion and support planning/forecasting.
The candidate will be responsible for building and developing the models, tools and mechanisms necessary to address business opportunities, drive automation, improve internal controls and earn trust across AWS. This candidate will be responsible for providing cross functional leadership across multiple teams and initiatives. This candidate will dive deep into the foundational building blocks of the HCLS Industry, AWS Services, Sales Organization, Marketing and Business Development Organizations.
Key job responsibilities
• Understand the HCLS Industry Solutions and Strategy and how they align to various use cases that will present themselves through the Deal Desk.
• Understand the various AWS Services, its economics and how it impacts the profitability of a customer.
• Providing leadership, guidance and implementation on driving process improvement for the Deal Desk.
• Possess the passion and demonstrated skills for developing relationships, processes and continuous improvement.
• Working with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Ensuring that the content that is delivered through the Deal Desk has consistency & quality is on-brand with AWS HCLS vision

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in technology-enabled consulting, product management, product marketing, business development, sales and/or client success, and/or transformation roles in the enterprise
- 5+ years of experience shaping opportunities either working directly with customers or account team
- 5+ years designing and managing technology content in partnership with sales teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams
- Intimate knowledge of the healthcare value chain and the application of technology to modernize is a plus
- Passion for cloud technologies – working knowledge and experience in cloud computing, and specifically their application and regulations in healthcare payers
- Passion for the healthcare industry – good understanding of how the healthcare industry operates and the unique characteristics of the industry ecosystem
- Client experience and the ability to have peer-to-peer engagements with CxOs
