In this rapidly growing, fast paced environment, we are seeking a motivated, organized self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, to join our team as our Sr Instock Manager, at our Carrollton, TX location.

As the Senior Instock manager, you'll lead our inventory excellence program (forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, customer availability), define Merch's raw material and consumable strategy, and influence purchasing behaviors, increasing quality, accuracy and service. You will own the supporting softlines production plan, ensuring global operations have unrestricted access to raw materials and supplies.

Key job responsibilities
- Driving inventory decisions and leading key supply chain initiatives to maximize sales, margin, and inventory turn
- Developing and executing best practices in managing inventory to ensure optimal availability, efficiency, and product sourcing decisions
- Managing relationships with vendors to maintain a reliable and operationally effective flow of goods
- Forecasting and managing inbound and outbound inventory flows and health, including demand planning and forecasting
- Making recommendations on inventory management strategies and channel management
- Measuring and improving vendor lead times, reducing operational defects, and streamlining operations between vendors and Amazon
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive tools and process improvements that affect purchasing and vendor management workflows, with a focus on automation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of with Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with complex data sets
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
- Experience with SQL
