Document and analyze business processes and requirements

Create functional and technical specifications

Lead implementation projects for Workday interfaces and integrations

Perform QA testing and resolve system issues

Coordinate training and system rollouts

A day in the life
As a Workday App Analyst II, your typical day might include:

Attending morning standup with the team to discuss ongoing projects and priorities.

Developing and executing Workday configurations and test plans.

Creating detailed documentation of configuration changes.

Collaborating with other analysts and developers to ensure end to end Workday configurations operate as expected.

Troubleshooting configuration issues reported by end users.

Leading requirements gathering sessions with customers.

Reviewing system alerts and critical tickets.

Checking email and prioritize daily tasks.

Preparing Level of Effort (LOE) assessments.

Setting priorities for next day.

Reviewing upcoming releases.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years experience in Workday HCM implementation/support.

Expertise with Workday Recruiting module.

Demonstrated experience in configuration testing and debugging.

Ability to write technical documentation.

Project management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Workday Pro Recruiting certification.

Experience with Paradox recruitment platform.

Previous experience in retail or food service industry.

Experience with multiple Workday modules.

Experience with Agile methodology.

Change management experience.
