OpsTech Infrastructure Engineering Product Management (OTIP) owns, defines, and operationalizes products and programs to deliver highly reliable infrastructure, with the direct objective to improve service delivery speed and drive new innovations for customers. OTIP establishes, practices, and enforces the product development life cycle. The team supports global operations customers (first, middle, last mile) and internal teams.
We are looking for a Senior Manager (Product Management - Technical) who will help drive the strategy for our device infrastructure to solve our customer's problems. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of Global Robotics, Operations, and Supply Chain business units. Key job responsibilities
Manage our product management team and develop our people.
Set the overall product vision and direction for the Networking space.
Work with engineering teams to translate customer needs into workable technology solutions that scale operationally.
Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction.
Define and prioritize features and requirements and see them through from ideation to sprint planning and delivery.
Perform customer interviews and surveys, and analyze metrics.
Synthesize external and internal data to drive clarity and alignment in your team through business writing such as narrative papers and PR-FAQs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
