Amazon is looking for a results-oriented Program Manager within Amazon’s Grocery business to join a highly innovative team that is building brand new, mission critical software for millions of Amazon customers.

This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in working in an entrepreneurial environment within a large company where teams experiment, fail fast, learn, and scale rapidly. The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, and have demonstrated experience in using data to define and measure success criteria on cross-functional programs.

Key job responsibilities
This role on the grocery cross-cutting team focuses on program management support for high-impact projects across the grocery organization. Key responsibilities include coordinating with multiple teams to provide data driven insights on program health, managing interactions with senior management on status and risks, and contributing to weekly program reviews for major Grocery initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
• Agile, real-time, data-driven problem-solving
• Contributing to program updates for senior management.
• Collaborating across technical and business teams to track and report performance of key metrics for large cross-functional initiatives.
This role is central to driving defect elimination, change management, and innovation, requiring collaboration with stakeholders across Tech, Finance, Product, Operations, and Analytics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
