Ops Tech Infrastructure Product Management (OTIP) owns, defines, and operationalizes products and programs to deliver highly reliable IT infrastructure and world class IT support, with the direct objective to scale our support efficiently, improve service delivery speed, and drive new innovations for customers. OTIP establishes, practices, and enforces Ops Tech Infrastructure’s product development life cycle. The team supports global operations customers (first, middle, last mile) and internal teams.
We are seeking a seasoned product manager to own the intake process of Network Infrastructure products and services. In this role, you will partner with strong technical leaders to drive the long-term vision through development of vision documents, definition of business requirements, launch and post-launch measurement. You will also serve as a key player with partner teams across the company, working to align interests and implement scalable solutions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
• Candidate’s will possess a background in product or program management.
• You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple priorities.
• As a Product Manager, you will identify high-impact programs, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs.
• An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected.
• Ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience developing operational processes and technologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
