Key job responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to define program scope, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of programs.
- Lead the writing of complex narratives coordinating with WW stakeholders
- Create and maintain multiple, complex and concurrent program plans.
- Oversee the change management needs required by program, in conjunction with supporting teams in field communications, executive communications, training, enablement, and content management.
- Develop program materials, templates, documentation, and other assets.
- Track and monitor progress, define key performance indicators or success metrics by program, and be able to report on status against program objectives.
- Conduct program post-mortems, capture lessons learned, iterate and continuously improve program management practices and approaches for productivity and future planning.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 7+ years of experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- PMP
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in Sales Operations or Sales Strategy

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
