The AWS AMER Data Center Supply Solutions Team is looking for a talented, experienced Colo Lease Manager. In this role, you will be a key member of the Strategic Portfolio Management Team and will be responsible for managing the Colo Lease Administration Team reporting directly to the Head of AMER Strategic Portfolio Management.
The ideal candidate needs to be detailed oriented and a strong communicator that can work independently and will possess a high level of competence in performing a full range of portfolio responsibilities in an extremely fast paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Key job responsibilities
• Oversee Colo portfolio operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of all contract obligations, including payment, contract, and performance management, as well as team leadership.
• Track and report key contract and lease metrics, obligations, and critical dates.
• Support business development and leadership teams by providing portfolio data trends and insights.
• Contribute portfolio insight to inform strategic negotiations, particularly for renewals (e.g., packaged renewals).
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and optimize the existing portfolio.
• Drive the creation, implementation, and improvement of processes.
• Manage lease and contract databases (Tango, Salesforce) and collaborate with business units to enhance technical functionality.
• Maintain strong global partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Manage third-party vendors.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: server leasing, data center operations, Colo, real estate, finance, financial planning, procurement, portfolio/asset management, or accounting.
• Proven ability to manage large projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with commercial real estate software platforms.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, complex environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience establishing processes, workflows, standard procedures, and leading change management.
• 7+ years of experience in Colo or real estate portfolio management or operations.
• Experience managing large, global industrial Colo or real estate portfolios.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $122,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $202,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
