Key job responsibilities
• Negotiate with suppliers and OEMs to enable third-party warranty work and favorable policy adjustments.
• Monitor OEM and supplier compliance with warranty and downtime agreements, holding parties accountable as needed.
• Process, track, and manage warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
• Collaborate with outsourced service providers to reduce fleet downtime and optimize warranty utilization.
• Maintain detailed records and reporting on all warranty activities, claims, and negotiations to support fleet cost management and operational efficiency.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Fleet Management or maintenance experience
- Previous warranty experience in the automotive, heavy equipment, or off road vehicle market is a must.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's)
- Class 8 truck and trailer warranty experience in a large fleet.
