Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) ACES is seeking process excellence experts to join our team. As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager II, you will own and execute medium, difficult, cross-functional projects and initiatives. You will work at country, regional and/or cross regional levels to drive improvements and implement solutions that improve system configurations, workflow efficiencies, performance metrics and the customer experience. This role requires the ability to lead through influence to deliver meaningful results and tangible productivity and efficiency gains.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will work with process owners and SMEs to solve complex problems with technical solutions. You will own scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating across organizations, driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. You will create effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams and enable overall process alignment.

*This role may require up to 33% travel.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage projects, identify and mitigate risks, clear project blockers, hold teams accountable for delivery, ensure we test features and meet quality definitions, handle releases, and post launch monitoring.
- Deep diving and documenting current state processes, creating a vision for desired future state, outlining roadmaps to achieve that vision, and leveraging project management methodologies to deliver on the gap.
- As part of program ownership, TIPMs know the larger business picture (i.e., customer experience, organization goals, opportunities, etc.) and technical requirements of the solutions being built.
- Partner effectively with managers and stakeholders to secure resources, scope engineering efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery.
- Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, Kaizen, or other approach).
- Oversee the roll-out process, including test, and deployment to Beta/Prod.
- Identify and capture KPIs to measure process quality and productivity, provide meaningful feedback to the technology and business teams, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Writing strategic program documentation (e.g. Narratives).
- Monitor multiple projects from initiation through delivery simultaneously.
- Work directly with external technology providers, customers, partner teams, or sellers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds and/or devices
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leveraging statistical analysis (Minitab, python, or similar) preferred
- Prior experience with vendor management preferred
