As a Supply Chain Manager for the Global Procurement Operations Reusables Team (GPORT), you will be responsible for a reusables product and its end-to-end execution across the global supply chain. You will interface with internal customers and external suppliers with the end-objective of supply assurance. You will work with our team to deliver reusable items in a world-class reverse logistics network – delivering on requirements and refining site demand signals.
Key areas of responsibility include execution of hub-and-spoke operations, maintenance cycle, transportation movements, researching and analyzing constraints, participation in pilots, creation of methodology and standard work for the organization, and partnering with stakeholders to build tools and automated reporting.
A successful candidate will have a strong blend of an operational execution mindset, project management skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth analyses, think big, and identify strategic opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
o Manage the supply health for a product or set of products in the reusables' ecosystem across Amazon.
o Influence demand planners/supply chain specialists– provide guidance, execution support, and overall real-time end-to-end completion for program objectives.
o Identify regional opportunities and find regional or whole-business based solutions.
o Work with remote partners across global stakeholders to understand current processes for the support of reusable goods and services.
o Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to show performance and proactively identify risk in the supply of key Non-Inventory supplies.
o Assigned and focused on a single reusable type as a collateral project, focusing on current execution improvements.
o Create quality analyses on a day-to-day basis

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
