The Associate Training team within NA Learning and Development is looking a Senior Program Manager to build scalable training and on-boarding programs for UTR Associates within North America Amazon Logistics (AMZL). This role requires scoping and creating project plans, planning and managing on-the-job learning programs including content, implementation, and measurement across multiple modalities and formats. A qualified candidate will have proven project management experience and will be able to own the life cycle of a program.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead your program's development to analyze needs, prioritize strategic roadmaps, then design and develop the programs, associated curriculum, and training materials to meet those needs.
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional business partners at all levels, including subject matter experts (SMEs) and senior level leaders to uncover and support learning priorities.
- Partner with other Amazon and global AMZL training teams to leverage existing content and programs.
- Identify the tools and learning technology choices that will provide ways to cost effectively scale your programs and improve learning effectiveness and speed to mastery for AMZL Associates.
- Lead your program to measure, evaluate and report on the effectiveness and business impact of your learning program's and content.
- Drive innovation and break through improvements in your team’s training and leadership program design and development processes and practices.
- Partner effectively with the broader Support teams across AMZL to drive program consistency and effective use of your team’s content.
- Collaborate with other Program/Product managers, business integration managers and senior leaders to continuously improve connections across training programs and construct learning pathways that develop technical skills, leadership capabilities and career awareness across leadership levels.
- Manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting your priorities and the status with your curriculum development roadmaps.
- Manage the change management process to ensure the appropriate level of timely stakeholder cohesion and
- Proactively drive enhancements and continuous development of the training program; explore new learning solutions that support managers to accelerate developing their knowledge and leadership capabilities in pursuit of business outcomes and/or goals
- Up to 10% travel required.

A day in the life
Day to day activities include leading and attending conference calls, writing and presenting business papers, holding one-on-one status calls with partners, completing fact-finding and feedback collection sessions, and deep diving data, feedback, and other information to propose root-cause analyses and correlating solutions.

The Associate Training team within L&D focuses on developing, launching, and improving all training events that our UTR Associates will experience. We seek to prioritize the Associate experience and provide a world-class on-boarding and continuous development journey which promotes learning needs and drives our business goals forward.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
