Our Industrial Launch & Execution (ILE) team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive strategic and tactical cross-functional initiatives, change management, and operational excellence across our growing organization.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex, cross-functional programs and projects, delivering ambitious goals and driving successful outcomes across multiple organizations
- Juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a keen ability to context-switch
- Develop a deep understanding of Amazon's products, businesses, and competitive landscape, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging data-driven insights
- Orchestrate cross-team coordination, project/process management, and executive-level communication and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners to craft and implement scalable, innovative solutions
- Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities and milestones, and drive delivery
- Own program communication, accelerating progress through crisp and timely decision-making, clearing blockers, and escalating issues as appropriate
- Influence internal and external stakeholders without formal authority, driving the adoption of new processes and initiatives
- Drive operational goals and metrics, supporting the vision of both the team and the larger organization
- Present project status and metrics regularly to leadership teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Up to 30% travel required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience in Fulfillment Center, Sort Center and/or Delivery Station Operations
- Experience in Process Improvement strategies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
