The Quality and Governance (Q&G) Analyst assigned to the Quality and Governance team under Engineering Planning and Analytics will work closely with stakeholders across Operations Design, Capital Planning, Start Up, and Launch teams. This position will be assigned to identify gaps in system inputs, module information, assets life span, performance metrics, and Audit transactions. The Analyst will look to improve system performance, reduce administrative burdens to current change management processes, and support Global Engineering Services (GES) ability to purchase/deploy materials for all business units with accuracy.

Key job responsibilities
• Audit data table inputs to ensure data is being created accurately based on Standard Operating Procedures
Work with Quality and Governance team members to identify gaps by leveraging available data
• Partner with Q&G Program Managers to identify data quality issues and work with data owning teams to fix them
• Work with Q&G Program Managers to determine the best way to visualize and distribute information via admin support/information collection
• Conduct iterative audits on processes or product (such as the Bill of Materials) to identify outlier and defects
• Assist Continuous Improvement projects by curating data to determine root cause used for defining solutions
• Work with Q&G Program Managers to leverage available data for ongoing reporting needs
• Work with Power Business Intelligence (BI)/Data Visualization to supplement quality control metric creation in GES
• Author, update, and distribute weekly performance reports

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with SQL or ETL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working with Tableau
- Experience using very large datasets

The base pay for this position ranges from $50,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,400/year in our highest geographic market.
