Amazon's Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) team is seeking an experienced Project Controls professional to establish and administrate a new cost and schedule controls function within our Supply Chain organization. This role will develop and implement cost and schedule estimation processes, establish project controls systems, and oversee tracking and reporting for IT equipment fulfillment to Amazon facilities globally.

Key job responsibilities
Build and lead a new Project Controls function focused on IT equipment supply chain operations

Develop standardized estimation processes and tools for cost and schedule forecasting

Establish project control systems, procedures, and best practices for tracking project performance

Create reporting frameworks and dashboards to provide visibility into project metrics

Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to gather requirements and align on processes

Support generation of cost and schedule estimates and reporting to customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project controls
- Strong background in cost estimation and schedule development for large-scale projects
- Proven experience establishing PMO processes and project control systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile and Critical Path Methods project scheduling methods
- Experience with construction cost estimating methods
- Experience with ERP systems and project management software

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in relevant field
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Experience in technology/IT supply chain operations
- Experience with Primavera and similar tools
