Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will drive process excellence and operational efficiency across OTS Global Supply Chain, a critical organization supporting operations in over 30+ countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements that enhance our operational capabilities and strengthen OTS's mission to deliver innovative supply chain solutions. Specific responsibilities include:
-Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across OTS Global Supply Chain operations, focusing on measurable business outcomes
-Develop and implement standardized process mapping and optimization methodologies to ensure consistency across OTS regions
-Drive data-driven decision making through KPI development and performance monitoring of critical OTS supply chain metrics
-Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and eliminate bottlenecks
-Design and execute change management strategies for process improvements, ensuring sustainable adoption
-Evaluate and implement process automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions
-Provide strategic insights and recommendations to OTS senior leadership based on data analysis and industry best practices
-Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and best practice documentation
-Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures aligned with global OTS standards
A day in the life
As a Business Process Management Program Manager with OTS Global Supply Chain, you'll begin by analyzing operational metrics and prioritizing improvement initiatives. Your day involves leading process mapping sessions, collaborating with stakeholders to document requirements, and developing evidence-based solutions. You'll spend time creating process documentation, building implementation plans, and coordinating with regional teams to ensure successful adoption of new procedures. Between analyzing data, facilitating working sessions, and partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll focus on delivering measurable improvements while maintaining strong relationships across the OTS network.

OTS Supply Chain's Order Fulfillment and Execution team plays a vital role in enabling Amazon's global retail operation. This dynamic team designs, implements, and optimizes the processes and technologies that power seamless order management and execution. Working at the intersection of technology and operations, the team ensures efficient order processing from placement to delivery, supporting thousands of locations worldwide. Through continuous process improvement and innovative solutions, they drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience while maintaining the agility needed to support OTS's expanding global footprint and evolving business needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
