Strategic Planning & Execution (40%)
• Review service performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
• Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to shape service improvements
• Develop business cases and white papers for new service offerings
• Design scalable solutions for emerging customer needs
• Create and maintain service roadmaps

Stakeholder Management (30%)
• Lead stakeholder meetings to align on service priorities
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Collaborate with regional teams on implementation plans
• Partner with technical teams on platform enhancements
• Engage with customers to understand evolving requirements

Portfolio Management (20%)
• Monitor service health metrics

Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) delivers resilient, agile, and scalable services that enhance Amazon's global operations. The team serves as the central hub for customer relationship management, process improvement, and supply chain innovation, focusing on creating seamless business solutions across Amazon's worldwide operations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
