ATS is seeking a is seeking a Media Production Manager to lead and oversee multimedia content development. This role will drive creative direction, manage production teams, coordinate video/audio projects, establish quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of engaging training content that elevates learning experiences for Amazon's transportation network.
Key job responsibilities
Develop innovative multimedia strategies that support ATS' evolving business needs
Lead end-to-end multimedia production projects, including video, audio, and interactive content, ensuring alignment with ATS' Learning objectives and Amazon's quality standards.
Manage a team of content creators, videographers, and editors while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient delivery of multiple concurrent projects across the ATS Learning portfolio.
Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and learning teams to translate complex transportation concepts into engaging multimedia content that drives learner engagement and retention.
Establish and maintain production workflows, technical specifications, and quality control processes while staying current with emerging multimedia technologies and industry best practices.
Identify appropriate performance metrics and ensure consistent measurement and accountability
Travel 25% - 50%
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field
8+ years of professional experience in multimedia production, with at least 5 years managing complex video/audio production projects
4+ years of people management experience, leading teams of 5+ direct reports
Experience with video production workflows, post-production software, and digital content management systems
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional relationships
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of professional multimedia projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience leading creative teams in a global organization
Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain industries
Experience managing vendor relationships and external production partnerships
