We are seeking a detail-oriented Learning Program Manager to design, coordinate, and implement learning solutions for Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing Technical Services and Print on Demand Manufacturing teams. Supporting a diverse audience across publishing technology and print manufacturing operations, you will develop and improve learning strategies and curricula to yield improved time to proficiency and enhance learner experience. File Quality also owns the Print Quality Assurance (PQA) process for both Print On Demand platforms (KEP and KDP) in addition to the KEP External Vendor Processes (Manual Formatting) for KEP POD.
