Amazon Publisher Monetization's Video Ads team is responsible for defining and delivering a collection of demand products that enable advertisers to buy video media across an expanding and fragmented network of publishers and devices. As our business grows, we are launching new video capabilities, inventory supply, and measurement technologies, which span multiple teams with Amazon.

Our team is looking for a Sr. Tech Business Developer who will be responsible for growing revenue for Prime Video SVOD by scaling existing customer channels and developing new channels;
leading strategic business planning including influencing of sales and strategic account planning; supplying business inputs into general marketing to achieve objectives and deliver against business strategy; and defining the mix of products/packages to offer to market, within a year and across years, including pricing strategies in partnership with Sales and Finance teams.

Key job responsibilities
• Construct a strategic business plan focused on winning new customer segments and growing existing segments while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Legal, Marketing)
• Generating and implementing big ideas to drive business improvements, innovation, and scale within Streaming TV
• Construct business goals based on market segment and customer opportunities
• Achieve business targets by working across sales, marketing, product, program and engineering to deliver against customer needs
• Lead day-to-day operational aspects of the business, including gathering/addressing VOC and business improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders to grow and optimize the business
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve products/services based on feedback from the market segment
• Define and analyze business metrics that drive acquisition, retention, and wallet growth

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional or military experience
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
