Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will define, execute and own the complete payments, credit and Re-bill experience for customers across the advertising business. You will participate in developing multi year strategy and vision for the team, and you will develop and maintain product roadmaps and features based on team strategy and vision. This role is inherently cross-functional — you will work closely with engineering, design, tax, accounting, operations, and finance partners. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a start-up like environment, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality products and applications that customers love. You must have the experience and capability to prepare documentation for senior executives and align your roadmap with Amazon’s strategic objectives. You will also * Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application * Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals * Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members * Broaden your technical expertise to be able to refine existing frameworks and build newer ones. * Strive for 100% efficiency by constantly automating newer processes and demands. Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
