Key job responsibilities
The right person for this role is a global operator, strategist, and leader. You have the ability to adapt to the changing needs of a rapidly growing organization and find direction in ambiguity. You will collaborate with a highly technical team of business intelligence and data engineers to deliver solutions to stakeholders across the globe. You will innovate on direction received from stakeholders but also proactively explore and present opportunities for data to shape the strategic direction of the organization via both ad hoc analysis and scalable dashboarding. You have broad skills in database design, comfort in dealing with large and complex data sets, and have experience building scalable, automated, user-friendly, self-service dashboards using visualization tools. You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills enabling you to collaborate directly with internal customers to address key business questions. You partner with other engineers and program managers to build data models that answer those questions. You will serve as a thought leader to help guide programs to follow analytical best practices. You will freely question stakeholder requests to better explore the value you intend to deliver and suggest to pivot where you see fit. Our Business Intelligence team must have a detailed understanding of our business and never lose sight of the broader problems that we strive to solve. You will apply your experience within and knowledge of the AdTech industry, in particular, working with sales and services teams, to deliver effective and efficient solutions to business needs.
