Key job responsibilities
- Build and execute the creative vision key Amazon Businesses, such as Amazon Private Brands, combining state-of-the-art and scalable content production;
- Strong understanding of commercial creativity, brand development, the digital landscape and multichannel marketing concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and creative thinking
- Mentor and inspire teams around the world, and attract/retain the best performers
- Understand and respond to promotion performance data (metric tests, usability studies), and steer the direction of future creative.
- Direct and evolve the Amazon.com creative positioning (look and feel, voice, photography, etc.) on both the website and offline marketing activities

Visual Innovation at Amazon is a large and fast-growing network of teams located throughout North America, Europe and Asia, focusing on product and creators videography, post-production, 3D, virtual production and automated image acquisition. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience art directing motion designers, illustrators, writers and content creators
- Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions
- Experience in visual design demonstrated through design concepts, case studies, documentation, mockups and style guides

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
