In this role you will engage directly with the users, product managers, engineers, program managers, and various partner teams to design and develop delightful customer experiences. You will be immersed in end to end development from conception to launch of products and features used by customers around the world.

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to develop design solutions and user interfaces for tools that simplify and optimize advertiser experience and operations in the production of large scale live event broadcasts.

Key job responsibilities
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, operations, sales, and research to drive design from concept to implementation.
* Define UX guidelines and best practices for interaction models and UI designs across the team.
* Work in a fast-paced, iterative environment to demonstrate design ownership over end-to-end product experiences.
* Communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
* Partner with product managers to align on vision and leverage research/data to inform design decisions.
* Develop a deep understanding of the linear broadcast and digital advertising landscape to inform innovative design solutions.
* Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the user experience for our advertising partners.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex advertising requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows
- Experience working on advertising or media technology platformsExpertise in user research, information architecture, and interaction design
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
