Within ABPL team, ABPL Credit Management team drives credit decisions for 1P Products with the objective to maximize credit access, reduce credit friction and maintain healthy balance sheet risk.

ABPL Credit Management team is looking for a Product leader to deliver new Fintech innovations that accelerates credit access for Amazon business customers and help small businesses grow through working capital solutions. You will partner closely with Science, Tech, Portfolio Management, Operations and business teams to deliver next generation of credit capabilities for business customers on Amazon. Ideally this person will have experience working with diverse and international B2B customer segments, as well as expertise in developing credit capabilities. This role requires a high level of judgment and influence, working cross functionally with technical, financial, and customer facing leaders (including Sales, Accounts Receivable, software engineering, finance, portfolio management, Credit Operations and data science). The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, directly support continuous improvement initiatives, be highly analytical, resourceful, Customer-focused and team oriented, with strong communication skills.

Key job responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer with an understanding of the end-to-end customer experience including customer segmentation
• Own the credit product roadmap and deliver on high impact goals
• Partner closely with the engineering organization on developing and scaling the architecture to support business goals
• Earn trust and drive cross-functional alignment with senior leaders across Payments, Amazon Business, Technology and Seller partner services
• Leverage existing customer and sales feedback loops to synthesize feedback and consolidate feature requests, providing specific requirements to engineering and driving follow-up actions and communications
• Evangelize the B2B credit solution to other business serving organizations within Amazon as a best-in-class global solution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in technical product management working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to customers
- Demonstrated track record of creative problem solving; thinks big, starts small, grows fast
- Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in developing credit capabilities and products in financial services
- Demonstrated track record of delivering large, cross-functional, customer facing products
- Extreme curiosity and appetite for learning and growth
- Desire to roll up sleeves and solve problems at root cause
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
