Specific Responsibilities:
* Successfully manage internal and external stakeholders to support single and multi-locale launches
* Track and report on performance, ensuring each program is delivering differentiated value against it's intended objective
* Leverage customer feedback to drive continuous program improvement
* Build business rationale to inform the prioritization of your programs' roadmap
* Apply experimentation frameworks to program enhancements to validate customer value
* Own program operations, including workflow and training documentation and coordination with account teams
* Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
* Present confidently to Amazon senior management as well as other large audiences
* Work at all levels in the organization, with no job being considered too large or small
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
* Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
* Experience with managing multiple types of programs
* Indexes high in curiosity and willingness to test and learn
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in online advertising
* Experience in product marketing
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $131,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
