We are seeking a Program Manager to help lead, to identify, develop, integrate, and support innovative solutions and programs. Key job responsibilities
As a senior TPM, you will be delivering state-of-the-art CX optimization techniques in collaboration with multiple Amazon teams, and champion innovation and customer experience. You'll be working with talented UX designers, writers, and researchers; PMTs, scientists, engineers, and technical program managers (TPM) to innovate on behalf of our customers. Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will define, own and drive technical programs that span multiple UX/engineering/science teams and organizational boundaries. You will partner with UX, product management, and technical leadership to identify company-wide opportunities to drive LLM inference projects across multiple dimensions. You will help identify new areas of investment and work to align other group's engineering roadmaps to deliver on these opportunities and optimize delivery outcomes. As a technical leader, you will influence strategy and outcomes across different Amazon organizations.
This role is inherently cross-functional and requires a strong ability to communicate, influence and earn the trust of user experience designers, writers, software engineers, and technical and business leadership.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
