Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and managing projects that impact a new customer-facing physical marketing channel. The projects require timely execution with the highest degrees of security, performance, availability, and reliability. You will act as a bridge between our technical and marketing teams that rely on our infrastructure to launch related campaigns. Other responsibilities include defining requirements, owning sprint planning across our technical teams, identifying trade-offs, communicating timely updates to leadership and investigating data and analytics problems as they arise.
The TPM will provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

This requires building relationships with many technical, marketing, and operations teams to understand their business needs and challenges, identifying barriers of delivering campaigns to deliver a high-quality, delightful customer experience every time. A day in the life
In this role, you will:
- facilitate weekly status meetings for Amazon's out-of-home marketing campaigns across our science, engineering and BI/data teams,
- provide weekly status updates on our core technical workstreams and any blockers or escalations needed
- develop and own a Quality Audit (QA) process that is adopted by all measurement and dadta teams
- providing technical project inputs to campaign readiness meetings, identifying opportunities for cohesion while scaling the team as we expand globally
- own bi-weekly sprint planning process across science, business intelligence, data engineering and software engineering teams.
- manage and innovate our product roadmap mechanism on a monthly basis in partnership with all product management stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
