This is a NYC based in-office role.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Complex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings
• Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting
• Manage team space planning and onsite morale/team building activities
• Partner closely with the leadership team, key business partners, and CreativeX team EAs to provide holistic support to the organization, including oversight of EA allocation, hiring, and onboarding
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers, internal and external stakeholders
A day in the life
Every day is different, but a typical day will involve managing a high volume of email, coordinating with EAs across the organization to schedule complex meetings, and partnering closely with the leadership team on various events, initiatives, and Lead EA responsibilities. Working in a highly ambiguous environment, you will complete tasks and projects quickly and with little to no guidance, taking effective action without having to know the total picture.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Can quickly learn organizational structure, team objectives, and business leader’s priorities
- Strong problem solving skills and a team-oriented philosophy
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups including internal and external peers, partners, and senior leadership
- Experience hiring and developing EAs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
