The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our NA Supply Chain team in New York.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Key job responsibilities
Calendar Management: Expertly manage the complex schedules of two Directors, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation, ensuring efficient and hassle-free travel experiences for the Directors.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate team leadership meetings, ensuring proper preparation, agenda distribution, and follow-up on action items.
Leadership Engagement: Plan and execute various leadership engagement activities, fostering effective communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
Operational Excellence Support: Assist the Directors in orchestrating various activities aimed at achieving operational excellence, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth execution.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and demonstrate discretion in all interactions with senior executives.
Multitasking: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and meeting deadlines with efficiency.
Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
