The Amazon Fashion Elevated Shopping organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and exciting team! We are looking for someone to support two Directors in New York City, NY.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.



Key job responsibilities
In-office support
Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations and time zones
Manage domestic and international travel
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on pending matters.
Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team



About the team
Amazon Fashion's Elevated Shopping Team is a global team partnering with Amazon businesses to design the shopping experience for Luxury and Premium Shopping. This team also owns the visual standards and produces product imagery, videos, and graphics, including high-end editorials for fashion. Every item in Amazon's catalog should have a set of visual representations that accurately characterize the product and are visually appealing, enabling the customer to receive exactly what they expect upon placing an order.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- High school or equivalent diploma
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
