Position Title: Technical Program Manager II
Location: New York, New York
Position Responsibilities:
Work independently with 2+ engineering teams implementing cross-functional projects. Manage small programs, partnering with technical managers to secure resources while setting priorities and milestones. Transform raw thoughts into clear, accurate technical documentation. Competently represent the team’s systems to customers and other technical teams. Maintain engineering scope and accurately report progress to stakeholders to ensure successful deliveries. Internally, identify and implement processes to unblock delivery, reduce cost, accelerate innovation, and improve quality. Focus on interaction with multiple teams within the same organization. Own driving technical and scalable solutions to compliance challenges. Respond to potential security and compliance challenges managed through the Remediation Issue Queue that require technical solutions, as well as issues that have undefined technological solutions, requiring defining and enabling engineering teams to meet goals that the solution is dependent on. Influence service and engineering teams to adopt the technological solutions proposed to close current and prevent future challenges.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Accounting/Auditing, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: security, software engineering, compliance, or process management work in support of a highly technical environment; and managing complex projects or programs at scale. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.
