As part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization, the partner development manager is responsible for delivering the cloud solutions our customers need, through our partners.

AWS Technology Partner Center of Excellence is looking for a world class partner leader to drive co-sell with financial services ISV partners. As a partner development manager within AWS, you will have the exciting opportunity to build mind share and adoption of the AWS cloud and GenAI services across some AWS’s most strategic business partners.


Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities will include driving sell-with activity with one of our most strategic partners in Financial Services and building C-level, Product Team, Marketing, Field and Channel relationships. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships with the partner field teams and driving a comprehensive co-sell plan, you will be responsible for increasing top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of partner solutions running on AWS.

About the team
The FSI Industry Technology Partner Center of Excellence team works with AWS's most strategic technology partners across banking, capital markets, insurance and payments. The team is responsible for growing the FSI category of partners, accelerating customer adoption of partner solutions on AWS, and for creating best practices for scaling co-sell success with AWS sales teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of sales and/or partnership experience, preferably within Financial Services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
