As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. We are looking for a candidate who is innovative, has an eye for compelling experiences, is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and enjoys the intellectual challenge associated with experimentation. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, organized, detail oriented, and skilled across a varied set of software and editing tools.

Key job responsibilities
• Own, develop, and execute marketing initiatives targeting the MEGS (Media & Entertainment, Games, and Sports) audience, focusing on key business opportunities around the convergence of the entertainment industry.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop best-in-class marketing assets (videos, websites, social media, ads, etc.) to engage and inform target audiences.
• Partner with other marketing teams (e.g., web content, campaigns, demand generation, field teams, and events) to drive and execute on global marketing initiatives.
• Track and report on marketing activity performance, ROI. Analyze and make data-driven decisions on outcomes.
• Continuously explore new marketing opportunities and industry trends

AWS Media & Entertainment, Games, and Sports (MEGS) Industry Marketing is responsible delivering integrated marketing programs designed to help our customers and partners increase their reach, relevance, and revenue across the media & entertainment, games, and sports industry.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other content creation tools, as well as SFDC, Excel, Tableau, and other data tools
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using research and hard data to inform marketing initiatives
- Strong time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- A passion for diving into the details to optimize programs and tools
- Experience working with globally distributed teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
