Sales Operations II

We are seeking a Sales Operational analyst to join our team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our billing systems, with a focus on end to end billing. This customer-obsessed role requires meticulous attention to detail in data entry, thorough auditing, UI testing, reconciliation management, and maintenance of precise tracking systems. The ideal candidate will excel at deep diving into complex data sets, identifying discrepancies, and improving data quality. They must be adept at interpreting contracts and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business contracts, engineering, finance, and project managers. This position is crucial in maintaining the reliability of our billing systems and upholding our commitment to providing government customers with an accurate, compliant billing experience. The successful candidate will directly contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction through their expertise in private pricing and data quality management.

Key job responsibilities
*Candidate must be a UK citizen
*Oversee contract operations, including contract ingestion, Private Rate Card (PRC) creation, and handling escalations to ensure seamless contract lifecycle management
*Ensure accuracy and integrity of billing systems, specifically in contracts
*Manage end-to-end billing processes, ensuring accurate documents, timely payments, and resolution of billing inquiries.*
* Conduct audits of pricing data and billing systems and identify discrepancies and work through any anomalies.
* Manage reconciliations between contract terms and implemented pricing
* Maintain accurate tracking systems for private pricing agreements
* Develop and maintain documentation for private pricing processes and procedures
* Provide regular reports on private pricing accuracy and system performance
* Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline private pricing workflows

AWS Monetization's vision is to delight AWS customers by delivering accurate, on-demand, and easy to use billing. Our work includes operational review of deals, ingestion of billing terms to generate and publish invoices. We serve all AWS customers and issue billing artifacts $95 billion/year across 239 AWS services. Our vision is to deliver accurate bills fast and improve customer satisfaction by 50%. We aim to transform the AWS billing process by reducing manual touches via automation and create a Single Source of Truth data pipeline. We have several AWS/Steam level initiatives to improve billing timeliness, billing accuracy and automation.
