We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to guide and facilitate product and engineering efforts to deliver a business-critical launch readiness tool that will be used by internal customers worldwide. In this role, you will drive delivery against aggressive milestones against SVP-level goals.
The right candidate has experience successfully building technology products that automate processes and provide users with experiences they love. You are able to synthesize a variety of technologies and capabilities, and translate them into mechanisms and intelligence that solve specific pain-points. You actively contribute to tech architecture and design decisions, are analytical and data driven, and are laser focused on measuring and driving on-time roadmap deliveries. You are adept at working across cross-disciplinary teams, making hard prioritization choices, and ensuring complete visibility of the product roadmap to stakeholders.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will ensure the teams are delivering the highest quality products and services predictably while meeting the technical needs of our community. You will guide both strategy and tactical decision-making to deliver complex cross-team programs. As well as partner with program managers to inform strategic deliverables while supporting product and engineering in delivering important technical efforts.
The role will require constant balance between long term product vision along with addressing immediate needs, driving an incremental approach that is metrics and data driven. It will require communicating effectively with leaders across Director and VP level on a regular basis while ensuring that the teams are aligned and stakeholders are aware of key performance indicators. You must set the bar on the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and guide product and engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines. Along with that, TPMs need to clearly and concisely communicate, both verbally and in writing, with senior management on status, risks and required mitigations to maintain project commitments. Senior TPMs are expected to support the team in making appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
