Amazon is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Manager with a love of learning and experimentation to operate and evolve inventive ad programs for a fast-growing team working with Amazon's largest advertising clients. You will be leading never-been-done-before campaigns from creative brief to launch for a wide range of globally recognized brands across Financial Services, Travel and Consumer Services verticals. You'll partner with a Creative Director to lead the business, working with a team of art directors, copywriters, designers, producers, strategists and design technologists to create innovative programs using the full Amazon’s canvas (i.e. Fire TV, Alexa, Twitch, IMDb, Prime Video). You'll lead projects and own client relationships, focusing on creating work that benefits the end customer while pushing the creative envelope.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional projects and campaigns with considerable impact across North America.
• Own program operations and execution, including workflow and training documentation, downstream planning and coordination with account teams.
• Build business rationale to inform the prioritization of your programs' roadmap and downstream planning.
• Build business requirements and user stories for proposed feature enhancements and work with Design Technologists and Art Directors to scope, prototype, build and scale.
• Track and report on performance, ensuring the team is delivering differentiated value against its intended objective.
• Leverage customer feedback to drive continuous program improvement
• Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, assigning the team, and provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
• Present confidently to Amazon senior management as well as other large audiences.
• Work at all levels in the organization, with no job being considered too large or small.
• Prepare biweekly state of business reports and share with pod lead and via WBRs.


A day in the life
As a Sr. Solutions Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn, drive experimentation, manage, operate and evolve inventive ad programs for Amazon's largest advertising clients. You will report to the Travel and Services Brand Innovation Lab lead and work cross-functionally with your team in addition to partner teams, including Advertising Sales, Marketing, PR, Engineering and Design/Web Development as well as multiple Amazon and Amazon owned & operated teams. The Senior Solutions Manager will bring both operational excellence and strategic thinking to the team.

Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab works with brands and agencies to develop campaigns that engage consumers at multiple stages of the marketing journey, building brand awareness, relevance, consideration, acquisition and loyalty. Our global creative team of storytellers and innovators includes strategists, creatives, design technologists, engineers, producers and more, collaborating to create solutions customized to our advertisers' goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
- Experience with annual brand and media planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Online display advertising industry experience and/or previous business development/publisher experience are highly desired.
- Passionate about advertising and have experience creating compelling solutions that work both for end-customers and advertisers.
- Facilitate with harnessing big, creative ideas for online media, growing the business and working with advertisers and agencies to build innovative products
- Basic understanding of technical integration of concepts, and the ability to build relationships with marketing & product managers, sales stakeholders, dev managers, and designers.
- Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $182,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
