• Create design guidelines for brand campaigns
• Use Sketch, Figma or XD to design UI and branding of a digital landing page
• Present design work to internal teams and clients
• Delivers pitch presentations in a timely manner
• Create user-centered campaign executions by integrating marketing objectives, target audience and creative assets into intuitive solutions
• Independently lead campaign executions and collaborate with creative and technology teams
• Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel-path projects
• Rapid, iterative design and development process
• A visual flair and conceptual excellence to the work, inspiring clients and team members to raise the creative bar
• Passionate about design, technology, advertising, marketing, and are always keeping pace with it
• Able to collaborate with copywriters to deliver campaign message and IXDs to elevate visual storytelling
A day in the life
You will develop graphic systems for campaigns that meet the client’s objectives, amplify and elevate the brand platform, create engaging customer experiences, and achieve BIL’s goals for innovation. Through skilled visual storytelling, attention to detail and an obsession with craft, you confidently handle the world’s biggest brands with care and strategic iteration.
Your daily activities may include:
• Brainstorming and improving campaign ideas and creating presentation decks
• Ensuring quality control and consistency across various media types
• Providing a visual solution to a business problem while elevating the brand and meeting clients’ objectives
• Ensuring content is legible, engaging, worth observing and delivers a flawless CX
• Working through creative and brand messaging feedback with clients, Legal, and PR

Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab works with brands and agencies to develop campaigns that engage consumers at multiple stages of the marketing journey, building brand awareness, relevance, consideration, acquisition and loyalty. Our global creative team of storytellers and innovators include strategists, creatives, design technologists, engineers, producers and more, collaborating to create solutions customized to our advertisers' goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 4 years brand design / art direction / communications experience at advertising agencies and/or in-house creative departments
- Must have an online portfolio URL in your resume, demonstrating an art direction, design and conceptual thinking skillset, as well as big, campaignable thinking that can extend into any medium
- Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, as well as their use within marketing

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
