Head of Global Video Measurement GTM, Global Video Advertising
As the Head of Global Video Measurement GTM, you will lead Amazon Ads' global video currency strategy and development across our portfolio of video properties, including Prime Video, Live Sports, Twitch, and 3rd party publishers. You will drive thought leadership on video measurement solutions and currency development to support our full-funnel advertising suite. You will be in a key leadership position on Amazon Ads recently formed Global Video Advertising organization. Key job responsibilities• Develop and execute the global video measurement and currency GTM strategy for Amazon Ads, ensuring effective and scalable measurement solution delivery and GTM strategy across Amazon’s video advertising portfolio.• Act as the key liaison between Amazon Ad Sales and the Amazon Ads Measurement team to define the video measurement GTM strategy, identify needs/requirements, and support the launch and adoption of new measurement solutions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Live Sports Sales, Video Sales Specialists, Video GTM, Agency Development and Ad Sales Finance, to develop measurement GTM strategies.• Provide subject matter expertise and voice of customer on video measurement and currencies, identifying customer and market needs, providing strategic input and thought leadership to key Amazon Ads stakeholders.• Support partnerships with leading 3rd party measurement companies to drive innovation in support of Amazon’s measurement strategy.• Work with Amazon’s global agency development team to establish partnerships with global holding companies for video planning, buying, and measurement use cases.• Build and lead a high-performing global team of video measurement GTM specialists covering North America, Europe, Latin America and APAC.• Collaborate with the Measurement and Ads Analytics & Insights teams to synthesize campaign measurement results and insights.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent- 10-15 years of experience in video measurement, research, insights & analytics, with buy-side and/or sell-side experience at leading video-based publishers, measurement providers, ad tech platforms or advertising agencies..- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups and teams to create and implement solutions.- Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining a high-performance team.- Active involvement at board and committee level in relevant trade associations, joint industry committees, research organizations.- • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence decision-makers.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly solutions. ...
