Key job responsibilities
-Propose and continuously improve a BIL measurement framework that allows us to measure repeatable and never-done-before campaign experiences
-Consult Solutions Managers and Account Managers in Ads on our most complex campaign measurement set-ups, including those with complex endemic and non-endemic KPIs
-Liaise with measurement teams to communicate the unique needs of complex, full-funnel BIL campaigns
-Apply technical understanding of measurement systems to ensure correct campaign setup for unique campaign experiences or KPIs
-Propose the correct 1P or 3P measurement tools for unique, online and offline ad experiences
About the team
Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is an award-winning advertising team that conceptualizes and executes bespoke advertising experiences for brands who invest in media with Amazon Ads, scaling successful campaign elements as new products or features in existing products.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
- Experience with annual brand and media planning
- Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster or Salesforce
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
