As part of the Protective Services Global Event (PSGE) Security team, the Warehouse Logistics Manager will manage the logistical supply chain and onsite event operations of PSGE This encompasses designing, implement and managing warehouse and logistical infrastructure for PSGE and in the events world. This includes logistics planning, warehouse and inventory management, budget, carrier relationship management, staffing, and continuous optimization of logistical operations. This position also includes an event shipping and receiving that manages the setup of the security offices and logistical onsite operation needs for PSGE customer events. Key job responsibilities
• Work with leadership to develop teams short- and long-term goals, and then plans logistics strategically to enable the team to achieve those goals.
• Prepare logistical operations and Inventory management for expected challenges (such as increase in demand and overlapping events) and for building a resilient supply chain that is strong and stable enough to withstand unforeseen challenges.
• Identify and negotiate temporary advance warehouse space to service events.
• Identify, design and implement inventory management software (IMS) and/or a warehouse management system (WMS) for Multiple locations.
• Create strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with vendors across the event logistics supply-chain
• Develop, implement and maintain a secure and reliable transportation network to ensure prompt and proper movement of time sensitive shipments to event locations globally.
• Coordinate onsite staffing for freight pick up of PSGE assets at events for return to secure facilities.
• Establish protocols and procedures for onsite paperwork required by event vendors for release of freight from events.
• Develop, implement, and manage training programs for contingent workforce on warehouse, logistics, and onsite event operations.
• Create and manage event project plan/timeline, coordinate staffing needs and drive the planning process for PSGE Events for logistics and operational set up and teardown.
• Develop and manage operational budgets for facilities, events, shipping, supplies, etc.
• Manage post-event reconciliation, reporting, and debrief process.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene for warehouse logistics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree
• 4+ years of event logistics experience
• Experience implementing and executing all aspects of an onsite freight management and logistics plan for multi-venue events
• Experience working with a global network of 3PLs and transportation providers
• Experience operating and supporting events logistically (corporate, hospitality, or other major event venues)
• Experience improving and simplifying standardized mechanisms for tracking and reporting across business lines
• Experience analyzing and communicating metric outcomes in an easily digestible manner
• Experience utilizing the following in a professional environment: MS Office Suite, Workdocs, Quip, Adobe, Airtable, shipping software
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs.
• Experience packing orders, managing inventory, assembling materials, and responding to customer inquiries
• Posses active valid state driver's license
• Possess knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production

• Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and manage a complex workload
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Leadership skills and ability manage a contingent workforce.
