Key job responsibilities
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to create learning content that effectively communicates key learning objectives and aligns with Amazon Key's mission.
Design, draft, review, and edit SCORM 1.2 compliant training modules, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and effective learning experiences.
Develop and manage online tools and resources to support learners, leveraging the AWS suite of tools to enhance accessibility and effectiveness.
Produce compelling live-action and animated video content to communicate learning objectives in an engaging and memorable manner.
Create world-class presentations and communications for the organization, maintaining Amazon's high standards for quality and professionalism.
Research and design comprehensive reports that effectively communicate the impact and effectiveness of supported training programs.
Manage and maintain training modules on the learning management system, ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible, and properly organized.
Support internal and external events with creative promotional content and advertising materials to drive engagement and participation.
Identify organizational learning needs and develop innovative solutions to address them.
Occasionally travel to different sites to conduct on-site training workshops, providing hands-on learning experiences and gathering valuable feedback.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
Experience:
• 3+ years in a training specialist, instructional design, or equivalent role
• 2+ years creating content using a SCORM authoring tool (e.g., Articulate)
• 3+ years with training course design
• 3+ years with PowerPoint or equivalent presentation software
• 2+ years with video content creation and editing
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SCORM 1.2 compliant e-learning authoring tools
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to travel occasionally for on-site training workshops
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)

• Experience in last mile logistics operations
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies
• Background in product launches
Experience:
• 5+ years in instructional design or training specialist roles
• Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Track record of creating engaging and effective e-learning content for diverse audiences
• Experience in measuring and analyzing training effectiveness
Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

Additional Preferences:
• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
