In this role, you'll be a part of Amazon Key’s Channel Sales team. The team is in charge of building strategic relationships with top channel partners throughout the country. You'll be responsible for growing Amazon Key's presence through your strategic relationships with channel partners. In this role, you'll work closely with Operations (for installing products), Marketing (for how to position our products to the customer personas) & Program Management (how to scale). It will be this teams job to manage our top strategic partnerships and serve as escalation path for the success of our building management customer service.

Key job responsibilities
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of strategic channel partners to drive sales
- Collaborate closely with partners to position Amazon Key as a primary solution for their customer base
- Support the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and implementation
- Train channel partners to ensure they are able to drive each Amazon Key solution
- Serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor for your partners, providing exceptional client service and support
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand Amazon Key's footprint within your partners customer base
- Partner with internal teams

About the team
Amazon Key for Business is the multiunit arm of Amazon's secure delivery team. We enable 1-Click access to Amazon logistic's delivery drivers to customers doorsteps, improving the bottom line of our last mile operations and increasing Amazon's accountability and security for property owners/managers.

The team develops and maintains the largest multi-family real estate accounts in the US, and the portfolio expansion strategy to drive excellent customer obsession and revenue opportunities for both the customer and Amazon.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
